Our projects span Queensland and beyond, with a strong pipeline of new opportunities that will stretch your creativity and bring exciting collaborations to life.We care deeply about the details and about the people we design for.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role is all about design leadership, collaboration and craft.You will shape concepts, guide spatial planning, curate finishes and FF&E, present your ideas confidently, and ensure every project is delivered with Studio Collective's signature depth and care.
You'll collaborate closely with our team from concept through to installation, ensuring every detail lands with intention and creative integrity.ABOUT YOUYou're an experienced designer who cares deeply about the work and the people you're creating it with, bringing solid design expertise and a collaborative approach with an appreciation for every stage of the process.You bring:4+ years experience in a similar interior design roleStrength in concept design, spatial planning and FF&EConfidence in furniture design and stylingExcellent product, material and manufacturer knowledgeClient engagement skills that build trust and excitementStrong ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and tradesA collaborative mindset that strengthens ideas through shared creativityA portfolio that shows thoughtful, elevated, beautifully resolved design workYou're proficient in industry-standard design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, with well-rounded documentation skills to support delivery.
