Job Description
* Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice
* Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
* Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
* Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
* Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
* Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Experience in dental, medical, or allied health practice management
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A warm, patient-focused approach
* A desire to grow your career within a supportive national network
* Experience as a Practice Manager in a dental practice is advantageous
