Part-Time position
(AM, PM)
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses interested in Permanent-part time position at Aegis Amberley Facility.
Location
Aegis Amberley has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 111 residents in four wings. Accommodation comprises of single and double rooms with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The different areas or wings all have lounge and dining areas and access to our courtyard areas.

About You
You should ideally be an empathetic person who possesses the following qualities:
A commitment and genuine passion for Aged Care.
An ability to inspire trust and proactively lead, coach, develop and mentor both unregulated care workers, care, and lifestyle staff.
Within this role you will be a champion of high quality, safe and effective nursing that aligns with the resident preference and best practice by:
Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.
Anticipate residents' changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.
Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
You will be responsible for compliance:
Ensuring all care documentations are completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.
Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting.
Your role within the team would involve:
Supporting, coaching, monitoring, and mentoring the unregulated care workers.
Providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and clinical expertise to the care team.
We need you to possess the following:
A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care.
A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
Full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
