You will be stepping into a well-established payroll function, taking full ownership of the fortnightly payroll cycle and supporting a direct report. You’ll receive a handover and provide a handover at the end of this assignment. This position is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys a hands-on role with autonomy. Key Responsibilities Full end-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for a multi-site workforce Supervision and support of a direct report Responding to payroll-related queries across the organisation Possible involvement in end-of-financial-year tasks (ATO statements, earnings summaries) Liaising with stakeholders across centers and head office Maintaining compliance and accuracy in payroll processes Utilising Dayforce (formerly Preceda) The Ideal Candidate You are an experienced payroll professional with strong knowledge of NSW payroll processes. You may have held a senior payroll position or a previous managerial role. While formal leadership experience is not essential, you’ll be confident in guiding and supporting others. You’ll also thrive in a multi-site environment and bring a calm, detailed and people-focused approach to your work.
