We are currently hiring a Community Sales Manager based out of our Sunbury Community Sales Office.
Reporting to the Regional Sale Manager, this role will see you combine relationship-building with property sales, guiding prospective residents through a life-changing move into a supportive and active community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential sales for a multi-year lifestyle community project, achieving monthly and overall targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
- Manage CRM, contracts, reporting, and streamline sales administration processes.
- Represent the brand locally through events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to settlement.
About You
- Proven experience in sales; residential, lifestyle community, retirement community, or project sales preferred, but not mandatory.
- Current driver's license.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
- Approachable, patient, and passionate about helping people find their next home.
