 1. Job Description: As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and sales.
 2. Responsibilities:
 * Drive a customer-centric culture by leading by example and fostering a positive store environment.
 * Conduct the development of your team, harmonizing with the business to hit financial targets.
 * Transform our store into a haven that captures attention and creates an atmosphere so delightful, shopping becomes an absolute joy through Visual Merchandising expertise.
 * Efficiently oversee store rostering and maintain commercial acumen.
 * Manage stock (up to 20kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything's in place for customers' shopping spree.
 * Track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management.
 3. Requirements:
 * Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker.
 * A passion for the retail industry is a must.
 * Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters.
 * Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & a keen eye for visual merchandising.
