At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are seeking a dedicated Locum Bookings Officer (AO4) to support the Medical Workforce & Education Unit (MWEU) across both Gosford and Wyong Hospitals.
About the Opportunity
As a Locum Bookings Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hospitals maintain safe medical workforce coverage. By coordinating locum bookings across clinical departments, you will help support uninterrupted patient care and keep our services operating effectively.
Working within the statewide EVO Vendor Management System and under the guidance of the MWEU Team Leader, you will:
* Maintain accurate and timely data entry for locum engagements, credentialing, contracts, and invoices.
* Upload and verify documentation such as AHPRA registrations, visas, insurances, and compliance evidence.
* Liaise daily with locum agencies, clinical teams, finance, and internal stakeholders to coordinate locum placements.
* Monitor and report on compliance with workforce policy frameworks and vendor agreements.
* Support system performance reporting, document management, minute-taking, and general administrative duties
* Contribute to quality improvement and uphold NSW Health CORE values in all interactions.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven administrative experience in a health, medical workforce, or high-volume compliance environment.
* High attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry, document verification, and record management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising across multiple teams and with external vendors.
* Experience using workforce or HR systems (e.g., StaffLink, HealthRoster, Oracle, Recruitment & Onboarding) — highly desirable.
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
* Knowledge of credentialing, compliance, procurement, or workforce policy frameworks within a health setting.
* A collaborative, team-focused approach with the ability to support system improvements and new processes.
