About the role
The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated team member who loves teaching and brings the best out of every child. In this role you will be required to:
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all children, families and work colleagues
* Be able to build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and help to create learning experiences around their interests
* Ensure the centre environment is developmentally appropriate for children
* Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
* Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment
* Be part of a supportive team environment and culture that values each team member and promotes collaboration through sharing information and teamwork
* Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained

Little Miracles is an employer with a long history of supporting and training educators to complete their Certificate 3 and Diploma qualifications. We are now offering ECT scholarships to successful candidates! So, what's the deal?
* Successful candidates will work full time whilst studying full time online with the University of New England (UNE)
* On average you study 3 units each trimester and complete your degree over 3 years
* If the centre you work at applies for a waiver for you to work as an ECT, we will even pay you as an entry level ECT whilst you study!
* You can be eligible for a waiver with just 1 year of experience as a Diploma room leader or 2 years' experience working as a fully qualified diploma
* Also, instead of paying for the $12,450 course fees yourself and creating a Course Fee HELP debt, we will pay the fees for you!

* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Careor
* A Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and care and willing to undertake a Diploma Traineeship.
* Current Working with Children's Check
