We need an experienced, tech-savvy Senior Payroll Officer to take the reins and help drive improvements as the business migrates to a new rostering platform.Process fortnightly payroll for approx.
300 employees across multiple awardsLiaise with managers across several sites to ensure data accuracy and timely payroll updatesTroubleshoot discrepancies, advise on payroll legislation, and keep things compliantContribute to ongoing system migration, testing, and payroll process optimisationManage year-end reconciliations, STP, PAYG summaries, and audit reportingThe DetailsStart: ASAPTerm: Contract until the permanent role is filled (potential to stay on)Hours: 38 hours/week, with flexible start timesWork from Home: Mondays and FridaysLocation: Brand-new offices in Helensvale, with easy access and parkingRate: $65.00/hour + SuperAbout YouYou're a confident, proactive payroll professional who:Brings at least 5 years' end-to-end payroll experienceHas solid exposure to payroll system transitions and process improvementUnderstands awards, compliance, and legislative requirements like the back of your handEnjoys finding better ways to get things doneIs detail-obsessed, reliable, and motivatedPlease apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
