Creative Producer
Shape the future of theatre for young audiences.
Following the departure of our Artistic Director of 14 years, Arena Theatre Company seeks an experienced Creative Producer to provide senior artistic leadership and shape our creative vision in close partnership with the CEO.
The Role
This newly created position provides senior artistic leadership for Arena's creative programming.
Working directly with the CEO and Artistic and Creative Development Advisory Committee, you'll shape creative vision while managing delivery of ambitious programs including The Creativerse festival, touring productions, and innovative artistic collaborations.
Position Details
******* FTE, 2-year contract with potential to develop into ongoing full-time position
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 FTE (based on experience)
Reports to: Chief Executive
Location: Bendigo-based with hybrid flexibility (minimum 2 days/week onsite)
