Full Job Description
Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand on behalf of a well-established Brisbane electrical contractor specialising in high-end multi-residential, commercial and industrial projects. The company delivers projects across power, lighting, data, communications, CCTV and access control systems throughout SEQ.
About the Role
* Lead and support a team of electricians on‐site
* Remain hands‐on with installations from rough‐in through to fit‐off
* Read and interpret plans and specifications
* Coordinate daily workflow and assist with task allocation
* Ensure work is completed safely and to project standards
* Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Leading Hand
* Background in commercial or multi‐residential construction
* Ability to supervise teams while remaining hands‐on
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
* Ability to read plans and manage project deadlines
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Requirements
* QLD Electrical Licence
* CPR / LVR
* Construction White Card
* EWP, WAH (Preferred)
