Centreside Roofing is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber / Supervisor to join our team in Wangara, WA. This is a full‐time role where you will be responsible for leading teams of roof plumbers on residential roof plumbing projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in roof plumbing and the ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
What you'll be doing
* Roof measures and take offs
* Overseeing the completion of roof plumbing projects from start to finish
* Coordinating and supervising teams of roof plumbers to ensure all work is completed to a high standard
* Troubleshooting and problem‐solving on job sites
* Maintaining detailed project records and reporting to management
* Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant building codes and regulations
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified roof plumber
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Thorough knowledge of roof plumbing techniques, tools and materials
* Understanding of building codes, regulations and safety requirements
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities
* Reliable, organised and able to work to tight deadlines
* Valid Australian driver's licence required (minimum manual C class)
* Valid White Card
* Current Working at Heights certification
