Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership capabilities to all areas of the business including safety, sales, filed service engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, human resources and etc.
* Development of strategies to position business for growth consistent with the plan.
* Drive pricing initiatives to improve the profitability of accounts and keep ahead of inflation.
* Lead capital allocation initiatives consistent with the plan to optimize the business' financial resources and maximize the shareholder's value over the long term.
* Foster through leadership a culture of continuous and significant improvement in key measures including safety, sales improvement, product quality, on-time delivery, and etc.
* Build organization capability and a diversify and inclusive high performing workforce to meet business growth objectives consistent with the plan.
* Work as a key leadership in the development and maintenance of the organization's strategic plan to achieve country/regional finance objectives.
* Regular interface with customers and other key stakeholders to gain reference points on progress of strategy execution.
* Execute Play-to-Win strategic plans via design and product development, new product launch and operational excellence.
* Demonstrates leadership expectations, to include our Culture, Values and Behaviors.
Ensure strict adherence to the Code of Conduct & Compliance standards.
People Qualifications:
* Product Knowledge - Practical experience and understanding of food & beverage, home, beauty, and health products with an interest in further developing.
* Strategy thinking - Ability to think and operate strategically.
* Must be strongly customer-oriented and result oriented.
* More than five years of management and leadership experience and more than 15 years of relevant work experience.
