Location: Mackay, QLD
(with travel to Brisbane, Gladstone & client sites)
Roster: Full-time, permanent role
Role Opportunity
Our client is seeking a
Principal or Senior Civil / Structural Engineer
to join their
Mackay office
. This role will lead civil and structural design delivery across mining and heavy industrial projects, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with clients and project teams.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or equivalent)
RPEQ or CPEng registration (or in progress)
Strong design software skills (AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, Prokon)
Mining & heavy industrial infrastructure experience
Leadership & mentoring capability
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead civil & structural design delivery
Produce drawings, specifications & reports
Provide geotechnical data interpretation support
Liaise with clients & deliver tailored solutions
Mentor and manage junior engineers
