Job Description
The Compliance Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust compliance framework that ensures adherence to AFSL obligations, ASIC requirements, and AUSTRAC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of Zodia Custody Australia's compliance strategy and regulatory approach.
* Oversee the AFSL license application process for crypto custody.
* Perform the roles of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO).
