The Role As Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of a dynamic retail environment.
You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving operational standards, managing compliance and safety, and ensuring your site runs like clockwork.
You'll play a hands-on leadership role, stepping up when it counts and setting the tone for performance, service, and team culture.
You'll also:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from stock and cash control to visual standards
- Lead a culture of safety, service, and accountability
- Deliver and exceed performance KPIs across sales, cost control, and compliance
