About Us:
Gladesville Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, purpose-built clinic located on Sydney's Lower North Shore. We're proud to offer services that extend beyond general practice, including:
* Complex dental procedures
* Nuclear medicine treatments (training provided)
* Trigger point therapy
* Advanced imaging (ultrasound and digital x-ray)
* Wildlife care and hospitalisation
* Boarding services
Our hospital features:
* 6 consult rooms
* 2 dedicated surgical suites
* In-house pathology
We're a busy, high-performing clinic with a loyal client base and a strong reputation for quality care. With a team of 30 staff, including 7 vets, you'll be supported by experienced colleagues in a genuinely collaborative environment.
The Role:
This is a part-time position (2–4 days per week) with flexibility across a rotating roster, including:
* Consulting
* Surgery
* Hospital/inpatient care
* Occasional Saturday shifts (shared across the team)
This role is ideal for a vet who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a larger team, without the demands of full-time hours.

What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years' experience in small animal practice
* Confident, efficient, and capable of working autonomously
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration
* Interest in mentoring or supporting less experienced vets
* Openness to learning new skills (. nuclear medicine)
* Experience with RxWorks and Smartflow (desirable, not essential)
