Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Senior Town Planner. You will be responsible for overseeing planning and development projects, conducting policy reviews, preparing and submitting planning documentation, and coordinating with sub-consultants. The role involves liaising with clients, councils, government agencies, and the public to ensure project success. The planner will update development and budget plans and provide expert planning advice.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Regional Planning, Urban Planning, and Environmental Planning
* At least 5 years' experience in the Town Planning profession, preferably within the NSW planning system.
* Expertise in Land Use Planning and general Planning strategies
* Strong communication and liaison skills with clients, councils, and government agencies
* Ability to work independently and manage remote projects
* Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related fields
* Experience with policy review and preparation of submissions is advantageous
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
