Dynamics CRM Developer
We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering Dynamics CRM 9.1 on-prem environment, as well as a .NET portal application.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with .NET, ITIL and SDLC experience, and proficiency in using source control systems like TFS and Git. Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and data analysis, is also essential.
This role requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, providing technical documentation and conducting code reviews to follow best practices for system security and performance.
* Provide day-to-day support for the CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, addressing user queries, and assisting with performance optimization.
* Customize CRM functionality based on business requirements, configure workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
* Manage day-to-day support tickets including requests and incidents.
* Participate in regular support releases activities.
* Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and testing new releases or updates to the CRM system to ensure compatibility and stability.
