About the Role:
This role supports the Partner and leads a small on-site team with the support of a strong offshore function. With preparation handled offshore, your focus will be on review, team management, and client advisory.
- Manage client relationships across a diverse SME portfolio
- Review and finalise compliance work prepared by the offshore team
- Mentor and support junior staff
- Lead client meetings and provide strategic tax advice
- Identify opportunities to add value through advisory services
Skills and Experience:
- CA/CPA qualified (or willing to undertake)
- Proven experience in a public practice environment
- Confident reviewing work and providing feedback to junior staff
- Skilled in client management and advisory
- Proficient in Xero and cloud-based systems
