About You
• Registered Property Manager with a valid driver's licence.
• At least 2 years of property management experience.
• Highly organised, solution-focused, and confident in delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Microsoft Office, and similar systems.
• A team player who enjoys a positive, collaborative environment.
Your Role
• Manage your portfolio with autonomy, supported by your full-time assistant.
• Deliver outstanding service every interaction matters.
• Work closely with a friendly, supportive team.
• Contribute ideas and help us continue improving how we do things.
Role Highlights
• No new PCRs, leasing, trust accounting, or chasing new business, focus on what you do best - managing your portfolio and delivering great outcomes.
• Full-time assistant to handle admin and keep everything running smoothly.
