About the Role
As the Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Service operations functions, ensuring efficient processes within the Service Team, promoting and ensuring that our clients are receiving a high standard of service in line with contractual requirements, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in service and/or sales operations, experience in the pest control, hygiene, or other soft service based industry is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement service and sales operations strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within Queensland in conjunction with head office and backend support.
Ensure state forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives with a safety first focus.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Queensland Team Pest & Hygiene Technicians including contact with any Queensland based contractors and suppliers.
Promote and ensure that CPS clients are receiving a high standard of service in line with contractual requirements
Provide Customer Account Management to key clients within Queensland including regular communication and meetings.
Act as the representative of CPS at site surveys and visits for new business.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state requirements, ISO & HACCP standards and industry regulations.

About You
Proven experience in service management
Strong Account Management and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Experience in sales functions and sales process.
Excellent understanding of multisite operations
