Kangaroo Transport Industries is a family owned business who have been operating for 35 + years in the transport sector and take pride in providing Service with Integrity.
We operate locally and nationally to transport and deliver a range of local and interstate freight to and from our customer sites, ensuring our supplier and customer commitments are met on schedule, safely and in good condition.
Our 12000 sqm warehouse stores a wide variety of products that also form a part of our local and linehaul freight service.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
* Checking inward/outward goods where required
* Picking and Packaging experience
* Ensuring loads are restrained in the correct manner and meet national standards and guidelines
* Communication & co-operation with Management, Supervisors & other employees
* Ability to meet and abide by all requirements of the Company's Policies
Skills & Qualities Required:
* Attention to detail
* Team player, reliable, punctual, approachable & self motivated
* Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements for the position
* Current Drivers licence
* Current Forklift licence
* Transport experience would be advantageous
* Responsible and reliable
* Flexible
* Ability to adhere to OH&S regulation and requirements
The position is Casual, however, Full Time will be offered to the right candidate.
