HSE Advisor – FIFO

Key Responsibilities
Provide HSE leadership and support across project sites
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and audits
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training sessions
Work with supervisors, engineers and client representatives to maintain compliance
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across teams
Qualifications & Experience
OHS Construction Card (White Card)
Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (preferred)
Current Driver's Licence
Previous FIFO construction or resources experience in an HSE role
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Finance: FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara, 2:1 roster, 12-hour shifts, competitive salary package (Base & Super) plus 40% site uplift.
