3D Recruitment are looking for 4x Foremen to join leading Tier 2 builders across various projects in Melbourne:
THE BUILDERS
A couple of most trusted Tier 2 builders in Melbourne - who have both been delivering Award Winning construction projects throughout Victoria for over 50 years.
WHAT YOU GET
* Salary $170k – $220k inc super (depending on experience)
* Support from a highly capable project team who have all worked together for a number of years.
* Highly reputable firms with heavy pipelines of projects through to the end of 2027
* Flexible working arrangements with rotating Saturdays and RDOs
* Fully resourced teams to most likely to be constituted of CA, PM, SM.
PROJECTS
* Office Buildings
* Large Footprint Apartment Projects
* Build To Rent Projects
* Private Clients
* Government Clients
* Projects between $20m - $150m
THE ROLE
* Coordinating trades
* Supporting the Site Manager
* Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
* Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
* Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standard
YOU
* Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
* Previously delivered similar projects locally where you have completed at least 1 from start to finish.
* Trade qualification preferable though not essential
* Ambition to commit to the business long term
* Ideally experience in Procore, Hammertech, Aconnex and other defect management software
