About The Role

Here's your chance to shape wellbeing for more than 55,000 team members across Australia and New Zealand. You'll build and lead a holistic wellbeing approach that genuinely helps our people to thrive — lifting capability, strengthening psychosocial safety, and setting the benchmark for what great looks like across retail.

In this role, you'll guide the strategy, programs and partnerships that bring our wellbeing vision to life. You'll also play a key part in Inspiring you to give it a red hot go — creating a culture where leaders and teams feel confident to step up, reach out and look after one another.

This role will be based in our National Support office in Burnley (Melbourne).

What's Involved
* Design, lead and refine a holistic wellbeing and psychosocial risk framework across ANZ.
* Implement and drive targeted, proactive health and wellbeing initiatives across Bunnings business units.
* Lead meaningful programs that address modifiable risk factors to enable health prevention and promotion.
* Deliver proactive health and wellbeing initiatives that help prevent harm, improve wellbeing literacy and support long‐term health outcomes.
* Build strong partnerships with Safety, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, support office and senior leaders, lifting capability and embedding wellbeing into everyday practice.
* Coach and develop leaders through workshops, training and practical tools that make support simple and accessible.
* Oversee psychosocial risk controls — assessing effectiveness, ensuring compliance and supporting our injury management and BSAFE requirements.
* Use data and insights to tell a compelling story about progress, challenges and opportunities, including regular reporting against wellbeing KPIs.
* Navigate multi‐jurisdictional legislative environments across Australia and New Zealand, keeping our approach current, relevant and practical.
About You

You're an experienced wellbeing leader who brings a calm, practical and people‐first mindset. You know how to work with diverse teams, senior stakeholders and regulators, and you enjoy shaping programs that are evidence‐based but easy to understand and use.

What You'll Need
* Tertiary qualifications in an allied health or medical field.
* Significant experience (10+ years) leading comprehensive wellbeing, mental health and/or psychosocial safety programs.
* A strong understanding of psychosocial risk, relevant legislation and codes of practice across Australia & New Zealand.
* Hands‐on experience designing wellbeing training, workshops and capability‐building initiatives.
* Confidence working in a large, complex organisation with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Strong planning, communication and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail.
