Property Network of Australia is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a leading property investment and management group. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, stakeholder management, and driving customer experience across multiple channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic marketing plans, managing campaign execution, and building strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, from market research and analysis to financial management and reporting, ensuring all activities align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for retail traffic and sales growth
* Manage retailer and stakeholder communications to foster strong business relationships
* Oversee campaign analysis, reporting, and budget management
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
* Coordinate media planning, digital, and traditional marketing initiatives
* Prepare monthly reports on sales, traffic, and promotional activities
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in shopping centre or retail property marketing
* Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage budgets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
