Ventia is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join their high-performing team delivering a significant infrastructure upgrade in New South Wales, Australia. As part of a national fibre upgrade, you will play a key role in enhancing digital connectivity for communities across the country.

The successful candidate will support the Project Engineer and broader team by managing work packages and ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, and budget expectations. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and scheduling construction activities
* Managing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM)
* Coordinating traffic management and council approvals
* Overseeing defect closure and site restoration
* Supporting procurement and financial reconciliation
* Participating in safety inspections and toolbox talks
To be considered for this role, you will require:
* Civil Engineering Degree or Construction Management qualification
* Relevant experience in telecommunications or civil construction, with preference given to those with experience in Telco projects such as Optus, Telstra, or NBN
* Exposure to field operations and project coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and MS Project
