The successful candidate will have a background in policy, risk, or compliance in a corporate, government, or aged care environment and bring a blend of strong technical knowledge and the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing organisational policies that align with best practice and legislative requirements.
* Maintaining and enhancing the risk register and embedding proactive risk management across the business.
* Monitoring compliance obligations and maintaining the compliance register.
