**Our client,** **Llewellyn Motors is a multi Franchise New Vehicle Dealership with 3 dedicated Service Centres providing all levels of servicing for their brands.**

growth from our continued commitment to great customer service and support for local community programs.
We are currently seeking a motivated **Operational Service Manager** to administer a talented team of technicians, service advisors and support staff at one of our purpose-built service centres in Ipswich. You will be directly supported by a Warranty Manager, CRM Manager and Workshop Controller, along with our strong commitment to staff training in areas
requiring technical certification or business management skills development.
**About the role.**
Our goal is to be a leading automotive service centre for the next generation of PHEV and EV technologies.
This role will challenge you to innovate and transform traditional service methods by implementing new systems and
processes alongside current service activities. To achieve this you will require excellent team leadership skills and the
ability to control costs while growing profitability across the service department. An emphasis on regular reporting and
accountability is required, as you work closely with the management team and report to the General fixed Operations Manager to build a bigger and better 'next generation' service offering.

Starting the business in 1991 selling Toyota, the business has grown to be a leading automotive retail business in Ipswich and the western corridor of Brisbane. Servicing multiple brands with a service department consisting of
18 Techs and apprentices plus support staff this is a high volume operation.
**Remuneration package - Retainer $90k + minimum monthly commission and added performance bonuses would see an OTE at $130k-$150k per year. Plus company car + fuel, phone and laptop and complementary daily lunch provided from the on site Dealership café.**
Hours of work - 7.30am to 5.00pm Mon-Fri
