Process Safety Manager

Be the key advisor empowering teams and shaping a strong process safety culture across high-risk industrial operations.
What you will enjoy doing
* Lead Process Hazard Analyses and Safety Assessments (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA, What-If)
* Develop and implement safety management systems
* Prepare and maintain Safety Cases and compliance documentation
* Lead licensing and relicensing activities for facilities
* Support site audits and regulatory inspections
* Monitor process safety performance and report to leadership
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations across jurisdictions
* Provide expert guidance across Region South Pacific and drive continuous improvement in process safety performance
What makes you great
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical preferred)
* 5+ years' experience in process safety within regulated industries (AU/NZ)
* Deep knowledge of MHF & Dangerous Goods regulations (AU/NZ)
* Proven experience with HAZOP, LOPA, and risk analysis
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills
* Strong time management, autonomy, and leadership in safety
