Ready for your next challenge? We're looking for an experienced Office Services Manager to lead the way and oversee our Office Services team as well as the management and maintenance of the firm's premises.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
* Management of the day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Management of all facets of the Office Services Team, which will include people leadership, leave management, task delegation and resource forecasting.
* Efficient and cost-effective oversight of the Jackson McDonald office premises, encompassing the maintenance of office furniture, fittings, and utility services.
* Management of onsite and offsite storage of document records.
* Management of the firm's compliance with lease, fire safety, first aid, and security obligations.
* Liaison with building and facilities management, contractors, and service suppliers, including contracts management.
* Financial management of the function including assisting with budget preparation, monitoring spending, ensuring accurate invoice processing, reviewing quotes and estimates.
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in office and facilities management;
* Demonstrated experience in managing a team;
* Ideally at least 3 years' experience in a similar environment (preferably professional services);
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to be flexible and highly adaptable;
* Strong ability to prioritise and multitask whilst working under pressure;
* High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and initiative; and
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
