Salary Range: Salary range $113,574 - $125,720 + Super
Employment Type: Temporary till Sep 2026, with a
possibility of extension
Location: Parramatta or Sydney - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3
days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable
DCS workplace policies.

About
the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading
the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow
our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage
technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a
consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government
Departments.
What you will do
We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to
join an established and high-performing training team driving capability across NSW
Government's myWorkZone SAP solution. This role will play a key part in coordinating
training activities, scheduling and attendance reporting across multiple
onboarding agencies.
You will be instrumental in ensuring staff have registered
in training, attendance records are tracked and the training schedule is
executed as per the overarching deployment plan. You will be responsible for:
* Building MS Teams based webinars as per the
training schedule
* Support the rollout and onboarding of agencies to
the myWorkZone SAP solution, ensuring alignment with the
overall learning and change strategy.
* Collaborate with the SAP Learning Lead and Change
Management teams to maintain consistency of messaging and training
communications, and track and manage training attendance data.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of
training the training schedule and identify logistical impacts. risks and
mitigations.
* Gather learner feedback and compile evaluation
reports.
About you
You are an experienced and highly organised Project or
Training Coordinator who is a team player with the ability to pivot
and manage fast paced dynamic working environments. You are adept at working under
pressure and have an eye for detail, understanding the need for accuracy and
data integrity.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years'
experience across multiple system supporting training coordination and
scheduling activities
* Experience
supporting large-scale training deployments.
* Proficiency
in setting up MS Teams Webinars for training delivery.
* Strong
communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven
ability to manage training logistics and scheduling activities.
* Strong
organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage
competing priorities.
* Proficient
with MS Excel
Desirable:
* Experience
working on public sector or government transformation
projects.
* Familiarity
with myWorkZone or NSW Government digital transformation
initiatives.
