What You'll Be Doing
The Administrative Officer's role is to be a positive first contact for children, families and visitors of the Child Protection Unit and to provide administrative duties to the Child Protection Unit and Heads of Department.

* Experience in reception or administrative work in a health setting
* Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills with internal and external stakeholders

* Proven ability to prioritise workload in a high activity environment and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Demonstrated ability to use initiative, to work autonomously and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Advanced keyboard skills
* Proficient in the use of email, internet, MS Work, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Team and experience navigating various databases and scheduling systems.
