You'll be responsible for supervising pharmacy technical staff, optimising daily workflows, and maintaining the smooth operation of one or more of our key technical service areas – dispensary, supply, purchasing, production, or training.Working collaboratively with other senior technicians and department leaders, you'll also play a critical role in shaping and improving our training and competency programs.
