Annual Salary: AU$ 70,000 base plus performance-based incentives

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for initiating and developing customer relationships to support Inform Group’s sales objectives. The role involves engaging assigned accounts through multiple channels, conducting research to understand client priorities and generating qualified meetings and opportunities for the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to assigned accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build and nurture customer relationships
- Conduct customer research to understand current initiatives, objectives, and spend related to Inform’s solutions
- Present and pitch Inform’s products and services to potential clients
- Secure customer briefs for proposals or quotations to enable sales conversion
- Coordinate meetings between customers and Inform’s teams
- Responsible for meeting KPIs for call activity, account coverage, engagement, lead generation and new appointments booked
- Log all contact activities, account developments, and communications accurately in CRM
- Record outreach outcomes and maintain updated notes on all assigned accounts
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client engagements and follow-up activities
- Customize sales messaging and approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to match each client’s profile and objectives
- Research accounts and their public information to tailor relevant and effective pitches
- Engage in a confident, professional, and persuasive sales manner, handling objections effectively
- Communicate professionally and follow up promptly on all assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign briefs and uncover client needs
- Share and leverage discovered client insights or content related to Inform’s online platforms
- Prepare and maintain weekly reports summarizing outreach activities, account updates, and meeting or opportunity forecasts
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong research and analytical mindset
- Self‑motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or account development is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Must be Sydney‑based within approx. 1 hour commute to Chatswood
- Must have a suitable work‑from‑home setup and comply with Inform’s IT and security standards
