Overview of the Role:
This position oversees a team delivering Community Health and Support (CHSP) services. The role requires managing service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and engaging with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct high-performing teams in delivering CHSP and related community care services.
* Manage service delivery to ensure it meets regulatory standards and best practices.
* Promote community wellbeing and inclusivity.
* Lead in developing and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes for older people and vulnerable community members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing services that support the wellbeing, inclusion, and independence of older people and people with a disability in Mosman and beyond.
Requirements:
1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Community Development or Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Community Services etc.).
2. Minimum three years' experience in a leadership role with strong management experience in community services, aged services, or a related field.
3. Experience and understanding of CHSP services and NDIS requirements are essential.
