The Role

Reporting into the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning processes
• Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decision‐making
• Supporting forecasting and scenario modelling for both existing and future product portfolios
• Partnering with Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Delivering performance analysis and actionable commercial insights
• Supporting investment analysis and evaluation of strategic initiatives
• Preparing presentations and financial materials for leadership stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and modelling capability
• Translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations

About You

You are a commercially focused FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing decisions beyond the numbers.

You will likely bring:

• Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability
• Experience supporting strategic or investment decision‐making
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast‐moving, evolving environment
• A proactive and solutions‐focused mindset
• CA / CPA qualification preferred
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or other commercially driven industries will be highly regarded, though not essential.
