The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning processes
- Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decision‐making
- Supporting forecasting and scenario modelling for both existing and future product portfolios
- Partnering with Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Delivering performance analysis and actionable commercial insights
- Supporting investment analysis and evaluation of strategic initiatives
- Preparing presentations and financial materials for leadership stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and modelling capability
- Translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations
About You
You are a commercially focused FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing decisions beyond the numbers.
You will likely bring:
- Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability
- Experience supporting strategic or investment decision‐making
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast‐moving, evolving environment
- A proactive and solutions‐focused mindset
- CA / CPA qualification preferred
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or other commercially driven industries will be highly regarded, though not essential.
