Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation as a Youth Care House Leader.
In this role you will ensure the highest standard of care is provided to young people residing in Cafs residential care housing and collaborate with case managers to support the ongoing health, emotional, social, educational recreational and wellbeing of these young persons.
About You We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individual with Residential Care and leadership experience.
The ideal candidate will thrive when working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Skills Attributes Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or other relevant equivalent or higher qualification) plus Mandatory Residential Care Units.
Minimum of 2 years working in a residential care setting Ability to manage people and teams including rosters · Ability to resolve complex client issues providing appropriate solutions and continuously improving practice and outcomes Our Organisation Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation based in Ballarat for over 160 years.
We provide over 50 programs across a range of service areas providing care for clients within communities across the central highland region.
