Our client is a leading credit specialist and funds group with over $20 billion dollars of assets under management. The Group has both retail and institutional funds management and lending operations, and services over 110,000 investors. The Role
This role with suit lawyers at c3-6 years PQE with funds & financial services, banking & finance and/or on point corporate and commercial experience gained either in-house or in private practice. The position will work directly with the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel to provide legal services to the funds management division as well across other part of the business including lending, funding, contracts and disputes. Securitisation Lawyers are encouraged to register their interest along with Funds and all Banking and Finance Lawyers.
