We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our new team based in Chermside.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing compassionate support and seamless administrative service that helps deliver exceptional care.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure every patient, carer and colleague feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing: Greeting patients and assisting with personal detail collection and data entry Scheduling appointments with care and precision Handling phone enquiries with professionalism and empathy Processing patient billing, including Medicare and Private Health claims Tracking and supporting each patient's administrative care journey Managing and maintaining accurate patient records Assisting our WHS Officers and committees with their responsibilities Living and promoting Icon's values in everything you do About You: You're an experienced Medical Receptionist or Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
You bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.
