The Role
This is new opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team on the recently awarded nbn N2P contract. Reporting to the Construction Manager you'll cover Tamworth, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour region.This full-time position commences in October and will come with a Tool-of-trade vehicle.
You will take charge of day-to-day operations by:
* Leading field teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all activities.
* Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
* Managing field resources, budgets, and schedules to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
* Providing technical support and resolving on-site challenges for seamless delivery.
* Building strong connections across internal UGL teams, clients, and contractors.
About You
* Experience in a similar role within Telecommunications industry.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar desired
* Tertiary qualification in HSE/OH&S preferable
* Proven leadership experience with ability to promote positive behaviours
* Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
