We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and playing a key role in achieving store sales targets.
About the Role
* Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers leave the store with a positive experience.
* Create a safe and secure working environment by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, procedures & instructions.
* Achieve store sales targets through effective stock management, merchandising & display of products.
The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic & organisational skills, prior experience in customer service or retail industry is preferred. Additionally, you should possess authentic passion for customer service, basic computer skills and eagerness to continuously learn.
