To continue our success in the future of car rental, we're looking for a customer focused, Return Vehicle Representative to join our exceptional team and grow your career!

About the Role?

As a Return Vehicle Representative, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. You will be based at our Adelaide Store and you may be required to work at other stores within reasonable travel distance. As the face of our business you will:

* Process rental returns utilising our mini-computer system
* Detail vehicles to the Hertz standard
* Ensure that vehicles are in a road worthy condition through performing safety checks
* Drive vehicles in a safe manner & adhere to all Hertz policies & procedures
* Work efficiently and effectively in a fun team environment
* Perform duties with limited supervision and assist with training new staff
About You?

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

* Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
* Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred
* Flexibility of working hours (7-day work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
* A full and current AU driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
