Overview
We are partnering with a leading law firm experiencing growth and transformation. They seek an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager for an immediate start on a 6-month contract, based in Sydney.
This is a pivotal role for an accomplished legal marketing professional who can elevate the firm's profile in the market, deliver impactful campaigns, and leverage strong media connections, ideally with legal journalists.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and communications (internal & external) to enhance brand awareness and promote the profiles of key team members.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to produce engaging content—blogs, thought leadership, podcasts, case studies, announcements, and digital media.
* Design and deliver a range of marketing materials, resources, and videos aligned to the firm's strategy and brand.
* Ensure consistency across all branding and corporate identity materials.
* Manage the firm's website and social media platforms, ensuring regular, high-quality updates.
* Oversee sponsorships, memberships, and merchandise to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
* Maintain a detailed marketing & events calendar to coordinate initiatives across the business.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Partner with the Events Coordinator on client and staff events, including guest lists, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
* Contribute creative ideas for new events that enhance client engagement and brand positioning.
About you
* Proven marketing & communications experience within a law firm is essential.
* Strong campaign management skills and a track record of delivering measurable results.
* Excellent content creation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
* Existing network of media contacts, ideally within the legal sector.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Available to commence immediately and based in Sydney.
