The Role:
With a number of exciting projects on the horizon, we are searching for an Graduate to join our dynamic Perth team. In this role, you will design and develop various projects, guiding them from concept to completion.
Duties include:
* Develop concept designs by both hand and CAD applications
* Working collaboratively, contribute to projects from inception to completion
* Interpret and apply regulatory and statutory framework to work
* Undertake work in relation to DA submissions
* Support the team with feasibility studies, identifying site constraints and opportunities
* Promotes the practice in a positive way within the industry
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Architecture
* 2+ years' experience in an architectural studio environment
* Solid drafting and graphic presentation skills
* Competent with CAD software (DKO uses ArchiCAD)
* Knowledge of relevant Brisbane building codes and standards
* Effective communication, whether written, visual, or verbal
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Solid organisation, time management and coordination
