This role gives you the opportunity to shape how we support our contact centre team members and customers. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and help drive meaningful change across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and workload management to optimise team performance
* Training coordination and content updates to keep our teams informed and empowered
* Data collection, analysis, and reporting to support continuous improvement projects
* Providing insights from customer feedback and operational data to inform strategic decisions
* Assisting with the implementation of initiatives that enhance both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects and programs
Requirements:
* Experience in contact centre enablement or continuous improvement roles
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive mindset with a knack for stakeholder engagement
* Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Amazon Connect, and Oracle CRM
* A growth mindset and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes
