Product Experience & Delivery Lead
Own how product work gets designed, prioritised, and shipped in a scaling tech business
In a nutshell
This is a senior, hands-on product role for someone who can design how products
work
, not just how they look, and who can take real ownership of delivery in a scale-up or SMB environment.
You'll own product experience and delivery across Removify's product ecosystem: a mix of internal tools that power our operations and a customer-facing reputation management platform. Rather than managing a single polished SaaS, you'll be shaping workflows, user journeys, and functional behaviour across multiple interconnected systems that the business relies on every day.
If you're excited by ambiguity, real ownership, and shipping product that directly impacts how a business operates, this role is for you.
Why Removify?
Removify is a fast-growing Australian technology-enabled business helping companies remove harmful and unwanted online content at scale through proprietary systems and deep operational expertise.
We're already a global business, with most of our customers based in the US, alongside customers across the UK, Canada, and Europe.
We're Deep Into Scale-up Mode
* Strong, growing revenue and profitability
* A complex product ecosystem tightly linked to how the business operates
* Continuous product development as we scale
* Clear appetite to invest in product where it drives real outcomes
This role exists to reduce founder dependency and bring clarity, momentum, and structure to how product work gets done.
What You'll Be Owning
You'll take genuine ownership of product experience and delivery across Removify's product landscape.
Product Experience & Functional Design
* Own the functional and experiential design of internal tools and customer-facing products
* Translate business needs into clear workflows, behaviours, and user journeys
* Design with context and downstream impact in mind, not just UI polish
Product Delivery & Prioritisation
* Own the delivery flow from idea → design → build → release
* Keep product work organised, prioritised, and visible across multiple product areas
* Make pragmatic calls on what matters now vs later (lightweight roadmapping and sequencing)
Cross-Functional Translation
* Work closely with Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance
* Turn ambiguous or evolving needs into build-ready designs engineers can act on
* Balance speed, simplicity, and quality, without over-engineering
Engineering Collaboration
* Partner closely with senior engineers to refine and ship product improvements
* Provide enough clarity and structure for work to move without waiting on the founder
* Respect technical constraints while preserving product intent
This Role Is
What this role is (and isn't)
* Senior and hands-on
* Design-led but delivery-accountable
* Focused on real operational and customer outcomes
* A true ownership role in a scale-up environment
This role is not:
* A pure UX or visual design role
* A backlog administrator or ticket manager
* A product strategist setting company vision
* An engineering management role
What We're Looking For
You're a pragmatic, outcome-oriented product operator who's comfortable working with ambiguity and imperfect information and who has done this work inside a scale-up or SMB, not just large or highly structured organisations.
Must-haves
* Strong hands-on product experience with real delivery responsibility
* Experience working in scale-ups or SMBs, where products are tightly coupled to day-to-day business operations
* Experience designing B2B software, internal tools, or operational / CRM-like systems
* Ability to keep work moving in environments with evolving processes and incomplete documentation
* Comfort working across multiple products rather than a single flagship SaaS
* Strong collaboration skills with engineers and business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
* Experience designing product journeys that support operations, sales, or growth
* Exposure to analytics, reporting, or measuring product effectiveness
* Experience in founder-led or low-ceremony product environments
The perks
* Salary range: $170k - $210k + super (depending on experience)
* Direct reporting line to the founder
* High-impact role in a fast-growing, high-volume business
* Modern office in Cremorne with great amenities (hybrid working, 4 days in the office 1 day from home)
Ready to own product delivery where it really matters?
If you're excited by the idea of shaping how product work actually gets done and making a visible impact in a business that's scaling fast, we'd love to hear from you.
Let's build the next chapter of Removify, together.
