We’re currently recruiting now – for outbound phone sales agents to make calls on behalf of our major energy retailer client in Tasmania. You’ll be contacting members of the public to offer them a more competitive price on their power bill and convert those interested in taking up the offer into a sale.

- Strong Communicator – Confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM and online sales tools.
- Team Player – Thrives in a supportive, fun setting.
- Contact Centre experience highly regarded
- Previous experience in energy sales is favourable
You’ll be ready to hit the ground running with 20 hours of work per week; Mon to Fri between the hours of 11am and 8pm

What you need:
- 20 hours availability per week
- A stable & reliable internet connection that allows you to work from home
- A dedicated home office space away from distractions and noise
- Confidence to make outbound phone calls and objection handle where necessary
- Headset with noise cancelling microphone
- Windows PC with Windows 10 or above
Working Times: We are looking for a range of shift coverage between the hours of 11am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
Training: You’ll need to make yourself available for the training dates and times. Successful applicants will be provided with paid training for this role using our advanced software system in the comfort of your own home.
