What you'll be doing Sales Support: Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person; provide quotes; guide product selection. System Management: Update CRM records, generate quotes, process orders, and issue invoices. Order Processing & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end sales orders, freight, and stock availability with warehousing. Admin Coordination: Manage the sales inbox, pricing requests, and sales documentation while supporting the sales team.
